Tilaisuudessa puhui mm. professori Alf Rehn, \u00a0My\u00f6s Osuustoiminta oli vilkkaasti seminaarin sis\u00e4ll\u00f6iss\u00e4 l\u00e4sn\u00e4.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alf Rehn<\/strong> puhui seminaarissa tulevaisuuden ty\u00f6st\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dOn t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 pysty\u00e4 irrottautumaan historiasta ja siirtym\u00e4\u00e4n monoliittien tuolle puolen\u201d, korosti Rehn puheessaan.<\/p>\n<p>Monoliiteill\u00e4 Rehn\u00a0tarkoitti vallitsevia k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4st\u00e4.\u00a0Rehn oletti puheessaan, ett\u00e4 tulevaisuudessa ty\u00f6urat sirpaloituvat enemm\u00e4n ja voi synty\u00e4 esimerkiksi yleisyritt\u00e4jyytt\u00e4, joka saatetaan organisoida esimerkiksi osuuskunnilla. Ns. yleisyritt\u00e4jyys hajaantuu moneen eri kohteeseen teht\u00e4viin ty\u00f6suoritteisiin ja syntyy ns. sivuduunitalous.<\/p>\n<p>Samaan hengenvetoon Rehn kuitenkin kertoi tulevaisuusajattelun ongelmista, kuten siit\u00e4 miten luoda oikeita kysymyksi\u00e4. H\u00e4n kertoi todenneensa omien havaintojensa perusteella, ett\u00e4 se mit\u00e4 luullaan, tuskin tulee tapahtumaan.<\/p>\n<p>Tilaisuudessa kuultiin my\u00f6s useita esimerkkej\u00e4 osuuskunnista, niin yritysten yhteenliittym\u00e4n\u00e4, kuin ty\u00f6nteon alustanakin.<\/p>\n<p>Osuuskunta Valomon toimitusjohtaja <strong>Heikki Salo <\/strong>kertoi useiden yritysten yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4 varten perustetun osuuskuntansa eduista. Osuuskunta perustettiin erityisesti julkisia kilpailutuksia silm\u00e4ll\u00e4 pit\u00e4en. Osuuskunnassa yritykset pystyv\u00e4t osallistumaan isompiin kilpailutuksiin yhten\u00e4 kokonaisuutena osuuskunnan kautta.
