S-ryhm\u00e4 halpuuttaa 9.1. l\u00e4hes 900 tuotteen hintaa. Nyt Prismoissa, S-marketeissa, Saleissa ja Alepoissa laskevat erityisesti kotimaisten kasvisten hinnat. Kasvisten hintojen laskulla S-ryhm\u00e4 pyrkii\u00a0mm. nopeampaan kiertoon ja parempaan valikoimaan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

S-ryhm\u00e4 ohjaa halpuuttamiseen vuoden 2017 aikana 45 miljoonaa euroa. T\u00e4m\u00e4 nostaa halpuuttamiseen k\u00e4ytetyn summan yli 150 miljoonaan euroon. T\u00e4m\u00e4n halpuutuksen my\u00f6t\u00e4 halpuutettujen tuotteiden kokonaism\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 nousee l\u00e4helle kolmea tuhatta.<\/p>\n

“Halpuuttamisen alusta alkaen asiakkaat ovat toivoneet meilt\u00e4 kasvisten hintojen laskemista. Nyt se tapahtuu”, kertoo SOK:n p\u00e4\u00e4johtaja Taavi Heikkil\u00e4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Kasvishalpuutus laskee yli sadan kotimaisen kasviksen hintaa. Muutoksella halutaan madaltaa kynnyst\u00e4 kasvisten monipuoliseen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n.<\/p>\n

“Suomalaiset ovat l\u00e4hteneet vakuuttavasti lis\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n kasvisten sy\u00f6nti\u00e4. Haluamme avittaa heit\u00e4 kohti ravitsemussuosituksissa esitetty\u00e4 tavoitetta, joka on puoli kiloa p\u00e4iv\u00e4ss\u00e4. \u00a0Alle 10 prosenttia suomalaisista sy\u00f6 kasviksia suositellut viisi annosta p\u00e4iv\u00e4ss\u00e4, joten kiritt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 on”, Heikkil\u00e4 kannustaa.<\/p>\n

Kasvisten voimakas hintavaihtelu tuo oman haasteensa niiden pitk\u00e4aikaisen alhaisemman hintatason m\u00e4\u00e4rittelemiseen.<\/p>\n

“Kasvisten hinnat el\u00e4v\u00e4t koko ajan esimerkiksi sesongin ja satotilanteiden mukaan.
