Tutkielman johtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksiss\u00e4 esitet\u00e4\u00e4n, ett\u00e4 tutkitun osuuskunnan hallintoneuvoston j\u00e4senten hallinnon, oman roolin ja osuustoiminnan ideologian tuntemisessa on vaihtelua. Osa tuntee yritysmallin hyvin, kun osan tiet\u00e4mys on v\u00e4h\u00e4isemp\u00e4\u00e4. Tutkimuksessa esitet\u00e4\u00e4n kehitt\u00e4v\u00e4n toimena hallinnon j\u00e4senten perehdytt\u00e4mist\u00e4 ja kouluttamista.<\/p>\n
