Vad s\u00e5 god!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Diversitet<\/strong>. En bra styrelse best\u00e5r av m\u00e4nniskor med olika kunskaper som kompletterar varandra. Man beh\u00f6ver dem som k\u00e4nner branschen. Ledam\u00f6ter med strategiskt eller juridiskt kunnande \u00e4r ofta n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga. D\u00e4rtill kan man beh\u00f6va m\u00e4nniskor med HR- och marknadsf\u00f6ringsk\u00e4nnedom. Det \u00e4r andelsf\u00f6retaget sj\u00e4lvt som ska fundera p\u00e5 styrelsens kunnandeprofil.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Samarbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga<\/strong>. Styrelseledamotens viktigaste egenskap \u00e4r att kunna samarbeta med andra ledam\u00f6ter och VD. Detta betyder inte att alla \u00e4r av samma \u00e5sikt. Detta inneb\u00e4r f\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst \u00e4gare, allts\u00e5 medlemmar samt i st\u00f6rre andelsf\u00f6retag nyckelpersoner i koncernen. Goda kontakter till branschorganisationer och finansi\u00e4rer \u00e4r nyttiga. Internationella n\u00e4tverk \u00e4r absolut n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strategi<\/strong>. Utan fungerande strategi kan inget andelsf\u00f6retag lyckas. Det \u00e4r upp till styrelsen att besluta om strategin. Styrelsegruppen eller VD f\u00f6rbereder strategiska alternativ men styrelsens uppgift \u00e4r att i sin tur v\u00e4rdera alternativen och besluta om strategin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ordf\u00f6rande<\/strong>. Det \u00e4r inte en sm\u00e5sak vem som blir vald till ordf\u00f6rande. Han eller hon ansvarar f\u00f6r f\u00f6rberedningen och ledningen av m\u00f6tena. Ordf\u00f6randen och VD \u00e4r ett arbetspar som ska samarbeta bra i alla f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Utv\u00e4rdering<\/strong>. En bra styrelse brukar evaluera sin verksamhet. Detta sker beh\u00e4ndigast med en \u00e5rlig intern enk\u00e4t vars resultat behandlas p\u00e5 styrelsem\u00f6tet. Med hj\u00e4lp av utv\u00e4rderingen stiger styrelsens kunnande till n\u00e4sta niv\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arbetsf\u00f6rdelning. <\/strong>Vill man utveckla styrelsearbetet kan man komma \u00f6verens om speciella ansvarsomr\u00e5den mellan ledam\u00f6terna.
