Luovutus edellytt\u00e4\u00e4 sek\u00e4 yhti\u00f6iden yhti\u00f6kokousten hyv\u00e4ksynt\u00e4\u00e4 ett\u00e4 Finanssivalvonnan suostumusta. Yhti\u00f6kokoukset pidet\u00e4\u00e4n 29.9.2015.<\/p>\n<p>Suomi-yhti\u00f6n yksil\u00f6llinen henkivakuutuskanta k\u00e4sitt\u00e4\u00e4 noin 130 000 sopimuskokonaisuutta, joissa on noin 300 000 vakuutusta. Vakuutukset on p\u00e4\u00e4s\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6isesti myyty asiakkaille ennen 1.7.1997. Suomi-yhti\u00f6 ei ole my\u00f6nt\u00e4nyt uusia vakuutuksia en\u00e4\u00e4 vuoden 2005 j\u00e4lkeen.<\/p>\n<p>Vakuutuskannan luovutuksessa vakuutussopimukset siirtyv\u00e4t entisin ehdoin ja n\u00e4in ollen Suomi-yhti\u00f6n my\u00f6nt\u00e4m\u00e4t pysyv\u00e4t lis\u00e4edut s\u00e4ilyv\u00e4t. OP on hoitanut siirtyv\u00e4\u00e4 vakuutuskantaa jo 10 vuotta ja vastannut asiakaspalvelusta Suomi-yhti\u00f6n asiakkaille. V\u00e4litt\u00f6mi\u00e4 muutoksia ei n\u00e4in ollen ole luvassa, eik\u00e4 muutos edellyt\u00e4 Suomi-yhti\u00f6n asiakkailta mit\u00e4\u00e4n toimenpiteit\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Saamme siirron my\u00f6t\u00e4 paljon uusia asiakkaita, mik\u00e4 tukee kasvutavoitteitamme niin varallisuudenhoidossa kuin vahinkovakuutuksessakin. \u00a0J\u00e4rjestely on OPn vakavaraisuuden kannalta neutraali, mutta asiakkaat hy\u00f6tyv\u00e4t ryhm\u00e4n vahvasta vakavaraisuudesta pitk\u00e4lle tulevaisuuteen&#8221;, sanoo liiketoiminta-alueen johtaja <strong>Sami Jormalainen<\/strong> OPlta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Suomi-yhti\u00f6 on ollut alasajovaiheessa jo reilut kymmenen vuotta ja jakanut asiakkailleen merkitt\u00e4vi\u00e4 lis\u00e4etuja. Vakavaraisuusm\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ysten kiristyess\u00e4 yhti\u00f6n mahdollisuudet sijoittaa asiakkaiden varoja tuottavasti ovat heikentyneet. OPn vahva vakavaraisuus luo lis\u00e4turvaa luvattujen korkeiden laskuperustekorkojen ja erityisetujen maksamiseen tulevaisuudessakin. Samalla paranevat Suomi-yhti\u00f6n mahdollisuudet hoitaa yhti\u00f6\u00f6n j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4n yksil\u00f6llisen el\u00e4kevakuutuskannan alasajovaihetta tehokkaasti ja asiakkaiden edut turvaten&#8221;, toteaa toimitusjohtaja <strong>Jari Sokka <\/strong>Suomi-yhti\u00f6st\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yksil\u00f6llinen henkivakuutuskanta siirtyy OP-Henkivakuutus Oy:lle poislukien vahinkovakuutusluonteiset henkil\u00f6vakuutukset, jotka siirtyv\u00e4t Pohjola Vakuutus Oy:lle.
