Ensimm\u00e4inen pilotointiin t\u00e4n\u00e4\u00e4n tuotava digitaalinen palvelu on OP-Kiinteist\u00f6keskuksen tarjoama Asunnon myyntiapu. Palvelu on suunnattu asiakkaille, jotka haluavat myyd\u00e4 asuntonsa joko kokonaan tai joiltain osin omatoimisesti. Palvelun hintalaskuri auttaa arvioimaan asunnon myyntihinnan alueella toteutuneiden asuntokauppojen perusteella.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OP on yhdess\u00e4 l\u00e4hiyhteis\u00f6ineen merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4 toimija asumisen palveluissa jo t\u00e4n\u00e4 p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 asuntorahoituksessa, vakuuttamisessa, kiinteist\u00f6sijoittamisessa sek\u00e4 kiinteist\u00f6nv\u00e4lityksess\u00e4 ja is\u00e4nn\u00f6intipalveluissa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Haluamme rakentaa johtavan asumisen tuote- ja palvelukokonaisuuden, josta asiakkaamme saavat apua kodin vaihtamisen lis\u00e4ksi my\u00f6s kodin arkeen. Toivotamme sek\u00e4 kumppanit ett\u00e4 asiakkaat tervetulleiksi mukaan rakentamaan yhdess\u00e4 tulevaisuuden palveluita asumiseen&#8221;, kertoo OP Ryhm\u00e4n Pankkiliiketoiminnan johtaja Jouko P\u00f6l\u00f6nen.<\/p>\n<p>Asumisen palveluiden kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4 johtamaan on 1.2.2017 nimitetty KTM <strong>Jarkko Kytt\u00e4nen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Asumisen lis\u00e4ksi uusia asiakkaiden tarpeista l\u00e4htevi\u00e4 palvelukokonaisuuksia on OPssa rakenteilla mm. liikkumisen ja terveyden ja hyvinvoinnin ymp\u00e4rille.<\/p>\n<p>OP-Kiinteist\u00f6keskuksen testik\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n tuleva Asunnon myyntiapu -palvelun tavoitteena on auttaa asiakkaita asunnon omatoimisessa myynniss\u00e4. Palvelu tarjoaa asunnon osoitteen perusteella kauppahinta-arvion, joka perustuu samankokoisten vastaavalla alueella myynniss\u00e4 olleiden asuntojen toteutuneisiin kauppahintoihin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Asunnon osto ja myynti ovat el\u00e4m\u00e4n isoimpia p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksi\u00e4, joihin liittyy monia ep\u00e4varmuustekij\u00f6it\u00e4. Asunnonvaihtoa saattaa hankaloittaa osaamattomuuden tunne, vertailun vaikeus ja oikean hintatason l\u00f6yt\u00e4minen. N\u00e4ihin tarpeisiin OPKK l\u00e4hti kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n uutta Asunnon myyntiapu -palvelua&#8221;, kertoo OPKK:n kiinteist\u00f6nv\u00e4litysliiketoiminnan johtaja <strong>Max Meder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hinnan m\u00e4\u00e4rittelyn lis\u00e4ksi palvelu tarjoaa vinkkej\u00e4 myyntiin sek\u00e4 asiakirjamalleja asunnon myynnin eri vaiheisiin. Palvelu antaa my\u00f6s helposti ymm\u00e4rrett\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 tietoa siit\u00e4, millaisia vaiheita asuntokauppaan liittyy ja mit\u00e4 osakehuoneiston myynniss\u00e4 tulee ottaa huomioon.
