Finlands Svenska Andelsf\u00f6rbund har publicerat en ny guide om god f\u00f6rvaltning i medlemsbaserade organisationer. Guiden \u00e4r riktad speciellt till f\u00f6rtroendevalda men den l\u00e4mpar sig f\u00f6r alla som arbetar i eller \u00e4r intresserade av medlemsbaserade organisationer.<\/p>\n

”Det finns flera s\u00e4rdrag i medlemsbaserade organisationer \u2013 andelslag, \u00f6msesidiga f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsbolag och f\u00f6reningar \u2013 som skiljer dessa organisationer fr\u00e5n andra”, s\u00e4ger Andelsf\u00f6rbundets VD Kari Huhtala<\/em> som \u00e4r guidens f\u00f6rfattare.<\/p>\n

”Dessa organisationer \u00e4gs och styrs av sina medlemmar, medlemmarna \u00e4r j\u00e4mst\u00e4llda enligt principen en medlem, en r\u00f6st och styrning, kontroll och medlemsdemokrati hanteras genom speciella f\u00f6rvaltningsorgan som fullm\u00e4ktige och f\u00f6rvaltningsr\u00e5d”, till\u00e4gger han.<\/p>\n

”Det finns s\u00e4rskilda behov av att beakta f\u00f6rvaltningen i medlemsbaserade organisation och guiden har uppst\u00e5tt av dessa behov”, konstaterar han.<\/p>\n

Guidens produktion har huvudsakligen finansierats av Stiftelsen Finlandssvenska Jordfonden.<\/p>\n
