Suomen hallituksen p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6s olla \u00e4\u00e4nest\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00e4 direktiivin puolesta EU:n neuvostossa on her\u00e4tt\u00e4nyt keskustelua my\u00f6s kotimaassa.<\/p>\n<p>Yritysten vastuullisuudesta on tullut arkip\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4 ja yritysvastuus\u00e4\u00e4ntely ei ole uusi ilmi\u00f6 EU-tasolla ja kansallisesti. T\u00e4m\u00e4 osoittaa, ett\u00e4 emme el\u00e4 \u201dvilliss\u00e4 l\u00e4nness\u00e4\u201d s\u00e4\u00e4ntelyn osalta. Pikemminkin erilaiset ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6-, ty\u00f6lains\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4nn\u00f6t sek\u00e4 toimialakohtaiset s\u00e4\u00e4ntelyt ovat osa yritysten p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4ist\u00e4 toimintaa.<\/p>\n<p>EU:n yritysvastuudirektiivin iso tavoite ei ole m\u00f6rk\u00f6 yrityksille. Se on n\u00e4hty mahdollisuutena ja s\u00e4\u00e4ntelyn selkeytt\u00e4misen\u00e4. Yrityksiss\u00e4 koetaan, ett\u00e4 nykyinen maiden v\u00e4linen tilkkut\u00e4kkim\u00e4inen s\u00e4\u00e4ntely on haaste. Yhteisi\u00e4 pelis\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4 tarvitaan.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4\u00e4ntely tarkoittaa yritysten arjessa mittaamista ja raportointia. T\u00e4m\u00e4 edellytt\u00e4\u00e4 vahvaa kehitysty\u00f6t\u00e4, jotta voidaan tarjota l\u00e4pin\u00e4kyvyytt\u00e4 eri sidosryhmille yrityksen toiminnasta, tuotteista ja palveluista.<\/p>\n<p>Mittaaminen ja raportointi kytkee yhteen esimerkiksi ruokaketjun eri toimijat tilalta kauppaan. Ty\u00f6 tiedon ker\u00e4\u00e4misest\u00e4 on alkumatkassa. Tarvitaan tiivist\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4 eri toimijoiden v\u00e4lill\u00e4 mukaan lukien rahoittajat.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4\u00e4ntely\u00e4 valmistellessa on t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 tehd\u00e4 perusteellinen yritysvaikutusten arviointi, jossa otetaan huomioon erityisesti pk-yritysten asema osana ketjuja. S\u00e4\u00e4ntely\u00e4 ei saa suunnitella vain suurten yritysten n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta.<\/p>\n<p>Euroopan parlamentin kes\u00e4kuun vaalien j\u00e4lkeen laaditaan EU-tasoisia poliittisia tavoitteita ja toimenpiteit\u00e4 viiden vuoden kauden ajaksi. T\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 on, ett\u00e4 painopistealueet ja konkreettiset toimet koordinoidaan EU-tasolla hyvin kesken\u00e4\u00e4n. Varmistetaan, ett\u00e4 s\u00e4\u00e4ntely on johdonmukaista ja s\u00e4\u00e4ntelytulvaa voidaan rajata.
