{"id":900321,"date":"2025-06-06T11:36:46","date_gmt":"2025-06-06T08:36:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pellervo.fi\/?p=900321"},"modified":"2025-06-13T10:53:23","modified_gmt":"2025-06-13T07:53:23","slug":"webinaaritallenne-osuuskuntien-arvopohja-strateginen-voimavara-vai-unohdettu-aarre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pellervo.fi\/sv\/uutiset\/2025\/06\/06\/webinaaritallenne-osuuskuntien-arvopohja-strateginen-voimavara-vai-unohdettu-aarre\/","title":{"rendered":"Webinaaritallenne: Osuuskuntien arvopohja \u2013 strateginen voimavara vai unohdettu aarre?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Pellervon Aamussa pohdittiin, miten osuuskuntien tarkoitus ymm\u00e4rret\u00e4\u00e4n ja miten niit\u00e4 pit\u00e4isi johtaa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KTM, KM <strong>Sanna Saastamoinen<\/strong> esitteli 6. kes\u00e4kuuta Pellervon Aamu -keskustelutilaisuudessa kev\u00e4isen v\u00e4it\u00f6skirjansa tuloksia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u00e4-Suomen yliopistossa toukokuussa v\u00e4itellyt Saastamoinen pureutuu tutkimuksessaan osuuskuntien johtamiseen ja siihen, miten osuustoiminnallinen arvopohja n\u00e4kyy \u2013 tai j\u00e4\u00e4 n\u00e4kym\u00e4tt\u00e4 \u2013 johtajien ty\u00f6ss\u00e4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4nen mukaansa osuuskuntien ainutlaatuisen identiteetin ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4minen on strateginen kysymys, joka vaikuttaa suoraan niiden kilpailuetuun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dOsuuskuntien ideologiseen ajatteluun kuuluu vahva osuustoiminnallinen arvopohja, ja j\u00e4senet ovat osuuskunnissa omistajina. Ne ovat niit\u00e4 keskeisi\u00e4 eroja ja piirteit\u00e4, jotka tuovat monenlaisia nyansseja arjen johtamisty\u00f6h\u00f6n\u201d, Saastamoinen toteaa. T\u00e4m\u00e4 demokraattinen hallinto, jossa j\u00e4senill\u00e4 on p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6svaltaa, luo johtamiseen erityispiirteit\u00e4, joita ei osakeyhti\u00f6iss\u00e4 n\u00e4hd\u00e4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuitenkin ulkoiset paineet, kuten kapitalistinen markkinatalous ja yleinen yrityskeskustelu, haastavat osuuskuntien arvopohjan toteutumista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kapitalistinen ajattelu jyr\u00e4\u00e4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Saastamoinen huomauttaa, ett\u00e4 ymp\u00e4r\u00f6iv\u00e4n yhteiskunnan vahva kapitalistinen ajatusmalli ja yleinen keskustelu suosivat enemm\u00e4n kovaa markkinataloutta kuin osuustoiminnallista ajatusmallia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4 voi h\u00e4m\u00e4rt\u00e4\u00e4 osuuskuntien johtajien ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 niiden ainutlaatuisesta tarkoituksesta, mik\u00e4 voi johtaa kilpailuetujen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00e4 j\u00e4tt\u00e4miseen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dSilloin kun ymm\u00e4rrys on hajanaista, se johtaa todenn\u00e4k\u00f6isesti siihen, ett\u00e4 osuuskuntien ainutlaatuinen tarkoitus ei p\u00e4\u00e4se toteutumaan\u201d, painottaa Saastamoinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yksi keskeinen syy arvopohjan vaillinaiselle n\u00e4kymiselle johtamisessa on koulutuksen puute.
